The deal
By ordering from Taste & Mingle, you agree we'll prepare your food and get it to you, you'll pay for it, and we'll do our best to make it good. If anything goes sideways, reach out — we'd rather make it right than argue.
Ordering
- Prices are in our native currency. The currency selector in the nav converts what you see — we still charge in our native currency at checkout.
- You can cancel an order any time before a driver claims it. Once a driver picks it up, contact us if you need to escalate.
- If you set a "name your fare" delivery offer, drivers within range can choose to claim it. There's no guarantee one will — if not, we'll reach out to discuss pickup or a refund.
Payments + refunds
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Cash and Zelle payments settle in person; let us know if anything's off.
- If you cancel a paid order before it's been claimed, we automatically refund your card. It usually lands in 5-10 business days.
- Partial refunds for missing or incorrect items are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us within 24 hours.
CEED rewards
We credit you 2% of your spend in CEED on every paid order. CEED is the platform's internal currency — usable across the CEED ecosystem (wellfeed.io, voicefame.com, etc.). It has no expiry. Cash-out to USD via Stripe Connect is available; small conversion fees may apply.
Behaviour
Don't abuse coupons, don't dispute legitimate charges, don't harass our drivers or staff. We'll suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the updated date at the top. Continuing to order means you accept the updated terms.
